Being intentional about your lifestyle and how it is spent matters alot.

Packaged foods and snacks have made eating very easy,you don't go through the stress of cooking anything,you just unpack your snacks and you're already down with it. Irrespective of the fact that it has made things more easier and faster for everyone,you ought not to ignore the side effects of these things consumed,for a snack or food to last longer than it's supposed to, preservatives are added,and these preservatives tend to cause more harm than good to the body.

The rate at which illnesses and diseases are increasing are really alarming. The likes of cancer, diabetes, hepatitis, heart attacks,to mention but a few,are rampant in today's society,we ought to make a change,why not avoid something that is very much avoidable and really easy as well.

That brings me to telling you the reason I stand firm as a healthy living advocate.
The desire to eat healthy for a healthier lifestyle is very necessary,you won't get to struggle with the myriad of rampant illnesses and diseases around,you will be rest assured that you are safe, because you are eating healthy and living healthy.

That vacuum need a to be filled,and I'm here to help you with it,I'm here to constantly remind you that healthy living is worth it,it's very necessary and crucial like any other factor that resides in your life.

A healthy lifestyle attracts more sense of peace and livelihood to one's life.

You can start with making sure you take enough water every morning,to cutting down your calorie intake.

Possible but slowly you'll get adapted to living a healthier lifestyle.

Of recent I've come to realize that to most people, healthy living seems quite difficult because of the alluring snacks and delicacies,and it seems impossible to cut down.

I can understand because it also happens to me as well,the feeling of seeing something so sweet and sugary can be very tempting,but you can overcome this temptation the same way I do. It all starts with being intentional about what you take into your body,and be very accountable to it. It's always not so easy,just be intentional.

Here are a few tutorials/steps you can engage to help you:
✓Be health wise intentional.
✓You can add eating at least your favorite fruit per day or any other fruit to your to do list.
✓Always have water beside you.
✓You can engage on a daily retreat (for instance,you can decide not to take any soft drink or alcohol for a day). You can do it once or twice a week,try adding intentionality and consistency and gradually you'll see yourself get used to cutting unhealthy habits.

This could be your breakfast inspiration, doesn't it look worth trying? Coupled with it's healthy benefits.
🥒🥪 Cucumber Sandwich 🥪🥒

Ingredients:

8 slices of bread.
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened.
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
Salt to taste.
1 clove garlic, minced.
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped.
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Fresh parsley, for garnish.

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Spread a thin layer of butter on each slice of bread.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, fresh dill, and lemon juice until well combined.
3️⃣ Spread the cream cheese mixture on half of the bread slices.
4️⃣ Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
5️⃣ Sprinkle with salt to taste.
6️⃣ Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
7️⃣ Cut each sandwich into quarters and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes 💡:
◻️ For added flavor, use flavored cream cheese such as herb or garlic. 🧄
◻️ Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

1. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water,a litre every morning and at least 5-7 cups daily.
2. Eat a balanced diet: Focus on whole foods, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
3. Exercise regularly: Engage in cardio workouts and other moderate-intensity physical activity a day.
4. Get enough sleep: Aim for 7 hours of sleep each night.
5. Manage stress: Try meditation, deep breathing, or yoga.
6. Practice good hygiene: Wash your hands frequently, especially during cold and flu season. Always prioritize a clean environment.
7. Don't smoke: Smoking is a significant risk factor for many serious health problems
