Understanding who I Am

The purpose of this page is not to sale or promote the sale of products. Instead, it’s about sharing my journey to discovering how to live and love myself while accepting I must live with Bipolar 1 Disorder. I will be sharing many various antics, words of encouragement, and speaking more openly than ever before about the path I have uncovered and how managing my Compound Heterozygous MTHFR mutation has allowed me to gain a sense of normality in my fractured mind. I want this page to serve as inspiration and strength for others, no matter the battles they may be fighting. We each have a purpose and reason, I am just finding my path! I want to help others by sharing my experiences, stories, and discoveries. The title Geeky Nerdy Naturalist started out more as a joke and has grown into something more. It now defines me. I have a passion and love for the more geeky things. I am a nerd as I love to learn and study. I became a naturalist that I may have an opportunity to have a blessed life. It suits me. So, welcome to my little corner of the looking glass!
