Unfortunately due to a downturn in the economy Phatbeats was unable to provide all of its great services without the funding structure that it required and had to close its doors. Maybe some day Phatbeats will be revived and made great again but until that time, i can proudly say that "we came, we won awards, we were the best and we made music history". PhatJ

Dear friends,

Every year, we have fewer and fewer of our fathers, forefathers and also mothers to celebrate VE Day.

It is an important anniversary to remember as it marks the efforts made by the people who fought for our country to give us the freedoms we enjoy today.

With this in mind, I have petitioned the government to create a UK National Children's Day, which will be celebrated every year on the 8th May, and it will teach our youngsters that they should also be proud of our country and show unity together regardless of race or colour.

It will be a day centred around children from all over the UK, it will be a day of no work and just fun that they will remember and look forward to every year.

This petition has just been passed, so I need to get some signatures.

We would like the Government to fund celebrations for children marking the remembrance of VE Day and the veterans who we feel gave their lives so our children can have a future. We want this day to be funded by the Government and rolled out to all cities.
