Good morning, good afternoon or good night, I greet you according to your time my beautiful people and welcome to our health page, today I just want to encourage us to take good care of our health. I will not be saying anything new but is just a reminder,I know we shall all d!e one day but not taking care of our health can lead us to untimely death. Prevention is better than cure, eat balance diet, drink enough water, go for check up once in a while above all avoid things that are dangerous to the health like b@d drugs, cigarette , excess alcohol, keeping money in the breastwear,driving when you are drunk etc, etc and try to do a little bit of exercise. As for me , I describe health as flowers, we need to water it and take care of our flowers around our house to keep them fresh, just like our health. Let's remember to pray for God protection. Health is wealth. Thank you for reading
