Every now & then we come across a situation and we have to turn down our service to a potential client. 🥴Keep in mind it's not easy to turn away a client. ⠀

WOOOOOW!

When they say it takes a while to get back into the swing of things after having a baby 🤰🏽 they ain’t lying. 🤕

BUT here we are! I honestly thought I could do the mommy thing while nursing 🤱🏾, working on my business, working my corporate job all while dealing with postpartum. 😱

INSANE RIGHT?!? I know!

So I decided to step away from my business so that I can absorb my new life and it was the best decision I made. Plus i’m mentally in a better space.

So here we are! 🥰

And with this 3-step process, you could be 👌🏾 that much closer to posting consistently for your business.

1. Routine! Routine! Routine! To build a habit, you must do it with a schedule in mind. With all that said, establish a routine that you can maintain. This routine should include duties for you, the kids, & significant other.

2. Plan! Look ahead at your week and do what you can beforehand. Now, will it be time-consuming….. YUP! 🙃 But in the long run, you will appreciate the time you spent on your business; positive results will soon follow.

3. Preparation! Because your time is limited because of daily responsibilities. Do all your research beforehand- that way when it's time to build content - your area of focus can be solely on content creation.....Does that mean you have to break this process up? Yes, it does and that's okay!😁
