My wish is that more people understood that other people in life are not robots, and for this post, your manager is not a robot.

Just because you don't always talk face to face with the agency you are working with doesn't mean there isn't a human on the other end of that email/text/call who is also tired, who is also working extremely hard to make sure that you have as seamless as possible of an event, who also lives in the snow, who works to make their own ends meet, who also might have kids (not me but many!) who also has pets, who read over their emails but missed the one spelling error, or changed word, etc. lots of things I could list here.

Being rude/mean really goes a long way--in a very negative way.

Communication is key. Be nice to people.

I just sent a thank you email to a whole state for having incredible email applications. 98% of everyone applied with a photo, and some details I needed to know and I didn't have to email back asking 'hey please send a photo. hey please send this. hey do you have this?'

SO THANKFUL here on this Friday. It's a small thing but really makes the job a little more breathable especially when I'm super busy!
