No academy. No professional support. Just a dream too big to be hampered.

Meet Siama Khazir.

She is not just chasing a cricket ball, she's chasing Team India, breaking stereotypes with every run, every wicket, and every step she takes onto the field.

From the streets of Seer Jagir in to cricket grounds across the country, her journey is proof that dreams don't ask where you come from they only ask how far you're willing to go.

What can one say on Women's International Day when average Kashmir women's life, their children, their home and hearth, their privacy, their dignity, their calm , their safety and security all lie in tatters.What achievements must I enumerate to give you an assessment of how much they have progessed from last year as a report card? The general populace has been besieged beyond description.But women's life has been particularly affected in indescribable ways.I could only pray to God to liberate us from the current situation so that we could also sing songs in unison with the free and advanced women of the world.Aameen! ~ Hameedah Nayeem
