Thomas was super professional and took great care treating the property. He was timely and did a remarkable job cleaning the exterior of the house and the front walkway which was absolutely filthy!

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning on Dec 27 for Berks County.
..FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following
county, New Castle and Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery and Northampton.

* WHEN...Until 315 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 910 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible
in the warned area.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Allentown, Reading, Wilmington, Newark, Easton, Middletown,
West Chester, Bethlehem, Norristown, Chester, Pottstown and
Phoenixville.

PA Turnpike Tolls Set To Rise Yet Again

⚠️ The new year will bring in higher tolls for Pennsylvania Turnpike travelers.

👉 A 5-percent increase for 2023 goes into effect Jan. 8 for all E-ZPass and toll-by-plate customers. The most common toll for a passenger vehicle next year will increase from $1.70 to $1.80 for E-ZPass motorists and $4.10 to $4.40 for toll-by-plate ones, according to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.

The new year will bring in higher tolls for Pennsylvania Turnpike travelers.
