Stand firm as if I was a mannequin in position to not move through chaos and tribulation. I cry in the dark because I heal from the tears running down my cheek/ and wake up feeling cleansed from my liquid prayers. Hear me o lord/ please listen to my heart as I scream through my valve hoping you listen to my constant whispers. A simple thank you is not enough/ to complain is disrespect/ so I opt out/ they say silence isn't good/ but if no one's listening how can you determine the good from bad? The real from indifferent? Are you on neutral ground or do you pick a side. The grey area is where I reside. Seeking to understand in life's journey. Heart flustered with hope
As I feel every step with my movement
I see progress in the fortress
So daily I choose not to complain
Stoic, calm, focused and praying
For the day of clarity
Next chapter near
Another year in the books
Lord, I'm still...
Please show me your mighty hand
As you have done over and over
You blessed me with my love
Now I seek infinite purpose
It's becoming clear... use these
Days, and pray they continue
To feed your ability
To be able is golden
Health is king
