Save this for your next wine store trip 🍷✨

Think Bordeaux is intimidating (and $$$)? It doesn’t have to be. Here are two affordable, fantastic picks that are perfect for those late-summer grills:

Château Le Puy “Émilien” (~$60) - Silky with fine tannins and pure elegance. A refined Bordeaux without the splurge.
Clos Manou (~$30) - Dense and rich with plum, berry, and cherry notes. Full-bodied, soft tannins, and a flavorful finish.

Who’s ready to fire up the grill and pour a glass? 🥩

A night to remember at Noksu 🍷✨

Noksu turns dining into theatre — each course a tiny work of art, almost too beautiful to eat. Paired with a stunning lineup from Morey-Saint-Denis:

Domaine Roumier 1er Cru Clos de la Bussière 2004 – gracefully mature, earthy with dried cherry and a touch of spice.
Domaine Hubert Lignier 1er Cru La Riotte 2016 – vibrant and structured, brimming with red berries and fine tannins.
Domaine Cécile Tremblay Morey-Saint-Denis Très Girard 2018 – youthful and expressive, silky with fresh raspberry and floral lift.

Tag someone you’d want to share this meal with — or save it to your NYC eats list! 🍷

One of the best parts of traveling? Stumbling upon bottles you can’t find at home. 🤩

We’d heard great things about this Jura gem Domaine de Saint Pierre Savagnin “Autrement”, but never spotted it in the US. Found it in Salzburg and wow… it delivered! 💚 Fresh, complex, and just the right amount of spice — think citrus peel, a touch of orange and lemon zest, delicate white flowers, and that vibrant, saline edge that makes you keep reaching for the glass.

Paired beautifully with everything from salad and sea bass to the most unforgettable fried prawns I’ve ever had. 🍤

If you’re in Salzburg: highly recommend this spot — and this bottle.

Let’s talk about Keller 🍷 — Rheinhessen’s (and Germany’s) most iconic producer. Their dry Rieslings are true cult wines, wildly sought-after, with the legendary G-Max averaging over $2,000 🤯.

What makes Keller so special (and expensive)? Old, low-yielding vines on limestone soils (like Burgundy’s Grand Crus), tiny production (huge demand from collectors), and unmatched elegance + energy that age beautifully. The good news? Not every Keller is $2,000 — there are (relatively) affordable treasures in the lineup too (Keller Riesling Trocken, von der Fels, etc.).

We were lucky to find this Morstein in Munich, and it was unforgettable: layered with citrus oil, stone fruit, crushed rock minerality, and that precise, dancing acidity that Keller fans dream about. 💙

Living our best life in Munich… with a bottle of Leroy 🍷🤩

Definitely one of the priciest bottles we’ve ever ordered at a restaurant (but hey, when you’re traveling, money doesn’t really count, right? 😉). Plus, the prices here are way friendlier than back home in the US 👀 In the glass: wild berries, spice, cassis flower, and that little touch of gaminess I love. Rich, earthy, beautifully balanced — the Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Boudots 2011 is still young, but already gorgeous, and pairs perfectly with my lamb.

Travel is about experiences… and this one’s going to be hard to top ❤️

Cold Riesling & tinned fish = officially my favorite summer snack! 🤩

This one’s from Gunther Steinmetz, a small family estate where Stefan took over at just 17 after the sudden passing of his father in 1998. Not planned, not easy — but with quiet determination, he turned it into a benchmark winery for the Mosel.

The wine? Ripe peach, juicy melon, fresh basil, and slatey minerality that feels like it’s whispering something ancient. So concentrated, yet impossibly light. 🍑🌿

Pair with sunshine and sardines!
