The new edition of Dance Beat is up and ready for you to download electronically http://www.dancebeat.com/store/categories.asp or get a hard copy delivered to you by post. This month we are featuring the United States Dancesport Championships overall report by Didio Barrera and special reports by Carolina Orlovsky-Telona on the Professional Rhythm and Jonathan Roberts on the Smooth. In the International style we have a report on the Professional Latin by Chris Johnston.

On individual reports we have Keith Todd’s overall report on the BBC&C in Boston, the Northcoast Ballroom Championships by Donna Edelstine, Cleveland Dancesport by Anna Harwood , the Toronto Open Dance Championships by Didio Barrera, Washington Open Dancesport Competition by Diana Samuelson, and the Cincinnati Ballroom Classic by Pat Traymore.

Also on this issue an overall report on the Capital Dancesport by Keith Todd, and one on the Professional Latin by Bill Sparks. Martin Cawston gave us a great overall looked at the Windy City Open 2013, and Giocomo Steccaglia gave us a take on the Professional Latin and Sue Pottock gave us her take on the professional Smooth.
It was also an end of an era for the Navada Star Ball the iconic competition has been sold see the full report from Keith Todd, and an interesting comversation with Brian & Susan Puttock.

Around the world we have a very interesting report on the new WDSF judging system and the World Dancesport Games by USA Dance Sport Director Ken Richards and one on the Golden Gates of Siberia 2013 by Gennadiy Khavkin.
