Download a copy of the firmware at

http://appldnld.apple.com/iOS5.1.1/041-4293.20120427.3DRyb/iPhone3,1_5.1.1_9B206_Restore.ipsw

once downloaded open iTunes and the right (Mac: alt or option) click "restore" now find the file you downloaded and select open. it will restore using this file !

once that is all done watch this final video and you should be all Jailbroken on iOS 5.1.1, let me know hoe it goes
