KPD officers are attempting to identify the pictured individual, who was involved in an indecent exposure that occurred on Sunday, June 15. The suspect possibly frequents the area of N. Broadway and Central and has a large tattoo on his right shoulder. If you know who he is, please contact East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers at 865-215-7165. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
