Happy Happy Mother's Day!
Fun facts about me as a pregnant mom of 10 beautiful children.
I always wanted a huge family.
I love culture and think traveling outside of your own environment is crucial.
I can juggle.
I have a lactation consultant license.
I spent 8 weeks in Mwanza, Tanzania when I was 18 (I turned 19 there), practicing Swahili and learning about the longterm missions taking place there.
I have carried three sets of spontaneous (meaning no fertility treatments) fraternal twins.
I have had two cesareans.
I have had one natural unmedicated hospital birth of twins AFTER my cesareans.
I have had three all natural, unmedicated home births.
I drive a 2017, 15 passenger van everywhere.
We paid off our van within a year after buying it. (I'm very proud of this.)
I love to mountain bike, though I am not very good at it.
I am madly in love with Christ and I am constantly blown away how God answers my prayers.
I truly delight in waiting and watching God do his will through our family and take us places we could never go on our own.
My favorite color is pink.
I love learning other languages, and deeply respect others who can speak more than one.
I got my CNA license at 16 and was one class short of graduating at 16 as well.
We go to the Dominican Republic yearly, practicing Spanish, visiting our wonderful friends and serving alongside the missions taking place there.
My husband is my absolute best friend and we do everything together.
I have homeschooled my children for 10 years.
I have breastfed for a total of 86 months so far.
27 of those months were nursing twins.
Several of those months were nursing twins while pregnant with twins.
I have absolutely crazy dreams of living in various countries and traveling all over the world with my whole family.

We are so very blessed to have ten healthy children. Over a decade of parenting and only a few ER visits.
Last night Emma Joy broke her pinky finger playing. She's fine and we are home with a buddy tape and instructions to follow up next week. Her siblings are the best, serving her hand and foot. God is good.
