In The News....

According to the State Corporation Commission Dominion Energy is proposing its largest rate increase in over three decades, which would raise the average customer's monthly bill by about 15% within two years. A public hearing was held yesterday in Richmond, VA for the State Corporation Commission (SCC) to consider the request, with many customers speaking out against the hike in person and by phone. Some said it would adversely affect their already stretched budgets. The SCC will continue hearings and is expected to make a final decision by the end of the year.

What's your thoughts? Should Dominion Energy be able to increase their rates by almost $21 a month on average over the proposed two year period?
