•Attending every training without implementing
•Always being available to everyone

INTERNAL DISTRACTIONS

•Overthinking and second-guessing
•Fear of missing out (FOMO) •Comparison syndrome
•Perfectionism
•Procrastination disguised as “planning”
•Imposter syndrome
•Emotional baggage
•No clarity or defined goals

LIFESTYLE DISTRACTIONS

•No structure or routine
