From our friend Robbie at I Talk To Strangers ---- Greetings from East Africa.
Thank you for your love and encouragement. We are currently 15 weeks into working with 2 schools in East Africa. The students in Kenya are living in youth homes (orphanages) and they are participating our garden project are enjoying their weekly skills workshops and learning how to grow their own food.
The local vervet monkey have peeled back the barb wire and ate the seedlings the students have grown. We are looking to building a fence around the garden to protect the garden from the monkeys. Here's a 1-min video of the progress of our youth program in Africa and the damage from the monkeys https://youtu.be/WzEHry4Oe4M
If you are able to help with $25, $50, or $100 towards the fence, our goal is $350 to support the campus program. You can contribute on CashApp or our website (www.italktostrangers.org). Our goals in Africa are to the youth communication and professional skills to support their growth and development. Thank you for your consideration and continued support!
Have a great week ahead and stay positive and peaceful. Peace and Blessings to you and your family!
