ion alerts, events, items wanted or for sale, etc. MOTHER EARTH NEWS editors will moderate the posts and share items of special interest on the Page. We will also post links to other resources such as our seed company and poultry hatcheries directories, national events calendar, user-generated directories of organic and environmental groups, solar power installers, green businesses and speakers bureau. We have also just begun setting up new Google maps where anyone will be able to mark all kinds of local green resources — farmers markets, sources for organic livestock feed, food coops, U-pick orchards, green/natural builders, seed companies and hatcheries, etc. We will announce these maps here on the Pennsylvania page as they go live. We believe the Green Maps will complement the state page nicely, making it much easier for you to connect with others on the local level.
