We're seeking a talented, experienced Creative Director / Art Director to join our fully-remote boutique agency team on a part-time, hourly basis ($45-65/hr DOE; 8-10 hours per week to start).

This is a permanent W-2 employee position with benefits like PTO and paid holidays, a 4-day workweek, and a 401(k) with 4% match.

As Creative Director, you’ll play an active role in shaping and producing the content we create for clients, providing detailed feedback to content creators, video editors and copywriters at each stage from ideation to final asset.

You’ll also be hands-on as an art director and designer, regularly creating social media graphics, presentations, and other visual assets.

The ideal candidate has at least 4-5 years of graphic design experience and at least 1-2 years of experience managing and mentoring junior creatives, preferably at an established branding, creative or digital agency.

They’ll also have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in digital trends, emerging platforms, and command of social media best practices.

At this time, we are only considering Texas-based candidates. Strong preference will be given to candidates who are based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and available for occasional in-person team or client meetings.

Somebody's about to hit 6 months with Evoke + Engage... and we couldn’t be more thrilled that she decided to join our small but mighty team!

If you haven’t had the opportunity to meet Holly Peterson, allow us to introduce you: 👋

As our head of Client Services, Holly collaborates directly with and serves as a strategic partner to our clients. Ultimately, her job is to ensure the agency delivers best-in-class digital + social media marketing that helps our nonprofit and mission-driven clients create meaningful change in the world. 🌎

🎶 Holly’s 15-year marketing career actually began in another creative field. After graduating from Baylor University with a B.A. in Piano Performance, Holly was a programming director for Dallas-area recording studios, producing five national radio programs.

This led to a role as Regional Account Manager for Sony/BMG’s FirstCom Music (now Universal Production Music US), where she helped corporate clients source music and other marketing needs for national advertising campaigns.

Later, as a founding team member of WeAreTeachers, Holly helped large companies connect with teachers in the emerging online and social space, providing resources and funding for their classrooms in the process. She also led marketing for Lassy Project, a nonprofit startup and digital platform designed to help bring missing children home faster.

Holly lives in Dallas-Fort Worth with her husband Ben, their son Reid, and two cats named Stampy and Squid. 😸😸
