શિવસેના સાંસદ શ્રીકાંત એકનાથ શિંદેના નેતૃત્વમાં ઓપરેશન સિંદૂર ગ્લોબલ આઉટરીચ સર્વપક્ષીય પ્રતિનિધિમંડળે અબુ ધાબીમાં BAPS હિન્દુ મંદિરની મુલાકાત લીધી. આ પ્રતિનિધિમંડળમાં ભાજપના સાંસદ બાંસુરી સ્વરાજ, મનન કુમાર મિશ્રા અને એસએસ આહલુવાલિયા; બીજેડી સાંસદ સસ્મિત પાત્રા; આઈયુએમએલ સાંસદ ઇ.ટી. મોહમ્મદ બશીર; અને સુજાન ચિનોય (જાપાનમાં ભૂતપૂર્વ રાજદૂત)નો સમાવેશ થતો હતો, તેઓ મંદિરની અદ્ભુત સુંદરતા, શુદ્ધતા અને આધ્યાત્મિકતાથી ખૂબ પ્રભાવિત થયા; ખાસ કરીને વૈશ્વિક સંવાદિતાના તેના સાર્વત્રિક સંદેશથી.

મંદિરમાં યુએઈમાં ભારતના રાજદૂત સંજય સુધીર અને મંદિરના અધ્યક્ષ અશોક કોટેચા દ્વારા પ્રતિનિધિમંડળનું ઉષ્માભર્યું સ્વાગત કરવામાં આવ્યું.

મંદિરથી પ્રેરિત થઈને, પ્રતિનિધિમંડળે શાંતિ, એકતા અને સહિયારા મૂલ્યોનું એક શાશ્વત સ્થળ - આ મંદિરને સાકાર કરવામાં BAPS, UAE ના નેતૃત્વ અને ભારત સરકારના પ્રયાસોની પ્રશંસા કરી.

24 મે 1934 વૈશાખ સુદ 10 ગોંડલ, ભારત બોચાસણ (1907) અને સારંગપુર (1916)માં BAPS શિખરબદ્ધ મંદિરો ખોલ્યા બાદ, બ્રહ્મસ્વરૂપ શાસ્ત્રીજી મહારાજે 1934માં ત્રીજું પરંપરાગત મંદિર ખોલ્યું હતું. ગોંડલમાં. અક્ષરબ્રહ્મ ગુણાતીતાનંદ સ્વામીનું સ્મશાન સ્થળ. મૂર્તિ પ્રતિષ્ઠા બાદ, શાસ્ત્રીજી મહારાજે અક્ષર મંદિરના પ્રથમ મહંત તરીકે યોગીજી મહારાજની નિમણૂક કરી.

Birth of Brahmaswarup Yogiji Maharaj in Dhari

His characteristic smile, latkas, laughter and khokharo granted divine bliss to so many. Even today, hearing his voice gives joy to so many. But beyond the smile was someone who was the personification of sadhuta, who had silently tolerated, and who relentlessly served until his last breath.

In the final 20 years of his life, he wrote 547,500 letters, conducted 171,730 padhramnis, established over 350 satsang mandals, and created over 50 mandirs.

Beyond his joyous exuberance and simplicity was someone who lived and breathed gnan. He had memorised 323 kirtans, 96 Vachanamruts, 752 Swamini Vato, and many chapters of the Nishkulanand Kavya.

Beginning of a new era: Vinubhai meets Yogiji Maharaj

It was not long after Shastriji Maharaj's passing in Sarangpur on 10 May 1951.

Six days later, Yogiji Maharaj completed the murti-pratishtha in Gadhada.

On 19 May, rituals to mark the 17th Patotsav of Gondal Mandir were held in the presence of numerous devotees from East Africa.

After celebrating Vaishakhi Punam in Gondal, Yogiji Maharaj travelled to the region of Charotar, where he visited many villages and graced the village homes of many of those devotees who had now settled in East Africa.

It was during this time that Yogiji Maharaj stayed for six days in Anand and visited the home of Manilal Naranbhai Patel, whose young son came in touch with Yogiji Maharaj for the very first time.

It was a life-changing spiritual experience for the 17-year-old Vinubhai. Soon after this, he was so moved by the saintliness of Yogiji Maharaj, that he longed to spend every spare moment in his guru's company.

From 1951 to 1957, young Vinubhai often rushed to Yogiji Maharaj during his vacations. He was totally won over by Yogiji Maharaj’s selfless love, and he was determined to offer his all at the feet of Yogiji Maharaj.

This eventually culminated in Yogiji Maharaj ordaining Vinubhai as a parshad in February 1957.
