Getting close! 🤞🤞

It looks like the USPTO approving the STEAM FRAME trademark for publication. This means Valve's application (filed Sep 2025) passed examination and will soon enter a 30-day opposition period. If no issues, it can register, likely for their new wireless VR headset. Exciting step toward launch!

UPDATE

A potential price for Valve's upcoming Steam Machine (the new living room gaming PC, launching early 2026) has leaked today from Czech retailers.

Hidden in the source code of preliminary listings on Smarty.cz and Alza.cz:

512GB model: 19,826 CZK ($950 USD pre-tax)

2TB model: 22,305 CZK ($1,070 USD pre-tax)

This spread quickly on Reddit (r/GamingLeaksAndRumours), gaming sites like Wccftech, PC Guide, ScreenRant, GamingBible, and Clawsomegamer.

Take it with a big grain of salt, these are third-party retailer placeholders (likely including markups, VAT, and import fees for the Czech market).

Valve sells directly via Steam, so official US pricing could be lower (possibly $700–$900 range based on earlier estimates and analyst takes, considering no console-style subsidies and current RAM shortages).

Valve has said it'll be priced "like a PC" with similar performance, not subsidized like consoles.

Any Leaks on the Steam Frame VR Headset?

No leaks yet for the Valve Steam Frame VR headset (also early 2026). Official pricing still pending for both.
