My name is Kristi and I fell in love with health and wellness in 2013 just after a diagnosis of Thyroid Cancer. I knew that I had to be healthy if I was going to be around to watch my three boys grow up and I wanted to stop the cycle of unhealthy habits right then and there for my entire family! If you have been a part of my journey over the past 10 years you will know that I love to motivate, help and support others to find their "Why" and go after their goals!
