It happened as suddenly as the news dropped, WE WON!! Sony retracted their decision to force all players to login using their Playstation Network or loose access to the game they bought. This left players in countries that didn't support Sony's network in over 100 countries with a game they bought and couldn't play, the review bombs ensued and the refunds started rolling in. It took about two days before Sony said, whoopsie and switched their stance! A huge win for video gamers worldwide!!!
