Good Day All,
Please assist in Reposting, Person was involved in hit and run (Dent) on another vehicle, at scene he failed to provide his information/ Drivers license. He exchanged contacts with the other driver and said he'd arrange payment.
He failed on his word and has since blocked the victim and refused going to make statements at the local police station and refused cooperation with Small court claims.
South African Law deems a "hit and run" a criminal case that can lead to 10 year sentence, not including evading the Law. We hope this post reaches him so he can contact the driver of other vehicle , to make reparations. Failure to do so will lead in a warrant for his arrest upon opening a criminal case.
