Flight attendant life makes it hard to keep a routine, but I’m learning to stay disciplined with my solo workouts—because this body and mind need it.
Working out has become my therapy when my thoughts are on overload.
Also… I don’t know how these gym baddies manage to keep a full face beat and laid edges while sweating 😩—because I’m out here looking like I just ran through turbulence 😂

New altitude. New attitude. ✈️
I’ve officially stepped into my role as a Flight Attendant 🛫 and I’ve got more exciting endeavors I’ll be sharing soon.

I’ve been gone for a minute… because sometimes you have to disconnect, refocus, and realign. This year has been all about letting go, letting God, and detaching from people and situations that no longer served me.

And the moment I did? Everything started to fall into place.

Here’s to purpose, peace, and flying higher than ever before. 🙌🏽

As my birthday approaches this Thursday, I’m reflecting on the journey ahead. Embracing the wisdom of Byron Katie: “I can find only three kinds of business in the universe: mine, yours, and God’s.” This perspective encourages me to focus on my own path and release unnecessary stress. As Brianna Wiest reminds us, “You cannot miss what is meant for you. You cannot lose what is yours.” Trusting this truth, I’m letting go of what’s not destined for me, creating space for new opportunities and growth.

Chapter 40: A Lesson in Strength

Despite the trials I’ve faced in my first year of this chapter, I’ve stood strong and gained a deeper understanding of my inner strength. I’ve learned to take accountability for the role I played in my own heartbreaks and disappointments.

As I approach 41, I’m realizing more than ever that the gift God placed in me has always been there. He has been everything I once thought I lacked—guiding me, protecting me, and carrying me through every moment. Without even realizing it, I’ve been walking by faith, not by sight.

Last year, I reacted to situations in ways I hadn’t in decades, and now I see that God was testing me—asking if I was truly ready for His ultimate plan. I was hurt, disappointed, disrespected, used, and humiliated, but the real anger was with myself for allowing it. But I get it now.

It was a journey. A lesson. And I will never put myself through that kind of agony, pain, or hurt again. I’m reclaiming my power and will never again allow anyone or anything to make me feel the way I did—just because I wanted to prove my genuine love, loyalty, and support.

This next chapter? It’s mine.
