I went to XI’AN, CHINA for Zayne’s official birthday event! 🇨🇳 here’s how I did it as a foreigner who doesn’t know Chinese [tutorial below]
There were 2 ticketed areas, I got to go to 1, which was the main one! In the main zone, there were 6 photo spots, the staff helped you take pics! You have 10 min in the zone. There are non-ticketed areas which I have a video and pics of too, but it’s not as intricate as this. I did NOT have a ticket, but made a friend there who gave me their ticket 🥹🫶🫶 they announce the event only 3 DAYS before it starts, so you really have just that time to decide if you wanna fly to wherever it will be in China 😗✌️✈️ I was just delulu enough to do it (shoutout to my Venture X Card fr, used points to pay for one of my flights AND chill in airport lounge)

Official event: follow lads weibo and/or xiaohongshu acct
Unofficial: on xiaohongshu make a post on there asking people where to find lads events in xyz city you’re going to. They’ll usually respond with the acct compiling everything. IN ADDITION— look up the Chinese words for the city u want + love and Deepspace. That’ll show events that happened or are coming up. Next, translate the post. Then take into acct dates of event, location & ur schedule to plan accordingly~
I’ve found that around their bdays or Chinese holidays, there are events, so I rec going around those times if u wanna improve ur chances of seeing these.
