Good Afternoon World 🌎 I’m back and I’m better. I missed y’all terribly. Ok let’s get started. About our mental health and starting our healing journey. It’s time to take our life back and not let the things that happen to us or people who have hurt us to affect us any longer. Yes I know it’s painful. But we have got to move on. And no we not excusing their behavior and I’m not saying life is not unkind and dismissing your feelings. But baby, it’s joy on the other side of healing. It’s peace on the other side. Make the decision moving forward that you are going to take your life back by seeking peace for your sanity. I know it’s a stigma against the help you need, but please go do it. And choose the healing method that works for you. For some it’s medication. For some it’s going to speak to a counselor. For some it’s going to a crisis group to speak with others that went through same situations. Some is being an advocate, being a voice to the voiceless. Whatever gonna bring you healing and peace, I encourage you to do it. I’m currently on a healing journey. It’s scary at times but I know it’s for the best. I love y’all and I hope you love me too. Happy birthday to and very own 🎂🎊🎈🎉🎁 I first met him here at his grand opening for in Atlanta, GA on Buckhead. We had so much fun this night. Everybody was there and he was so fun to be around🤩 So humble and down to earth. Just a dope soul and individual✨This night was one for the books and I will never forget it. Happy birthday to a real one a dope individual 🎂🎈🎊🎁🎉💉 Ryan was my first guest ever on the podcast and let me tell you I was so nervous!!! In my mind I wasn’t experienced in this podcast space and I was experiencing some serious imposter syndrome. But Ryan was the nicest, dopest, most humble individual I ever met. He had back to back clients this day during Essence Fest and still took the time to do an interview with me. I promise you, I’ll never forget it.
