වයස අවුරුදු 60ට වැඩි පුද්ගලයින්ට කොරෝනා මර්දන සිව්වැනි එන්නත් මාත්‍රාව ලබා දීමට සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශය තීරණය කර තිබෙනවා.

ඒ අනුව එම සිව්වැනි එන්නත් මැයි මස 09 වැනි දින සිට දිවයින පුරා එන්නත්කරණ මධ්‍යස්ථාන තුළ දී ලබාගත හැකි බවයි සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය මහාචාර්ය චන්න ජයසුමන නිවේදනය කළා.

මෙම සිව්වැනි එන්නත ලබා ගැනීම ස්ව කැමැත්ත මත සිදු කළ හැකි බව ද සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යවරයා වැඩිදුරටත් පැවසුවා

අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 2.3ක අත්‍යාවශ්‍ය ඖෂධ වර්ග 56ක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට පරිත්‍යාග කරන බව බංගලාදේශය තහවුරු කර කර තිබේ.

මෙම ඖෂධ තොගය ශ්‍රී ලංකා මුදලින් රුපියල් මිලියන 830ක් පමණ වෙයි.

සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය මහාචාර්ය චන්න ජයසුමන මහතා ප්‍රකාශ කළේ එම ඖෂධ තොගය ඩකා නුවර ශ්‍රී ලංකා තානාපතිවරයාට අද දින නිළ වශයෙන් භාරදීමට නියමිත බවය.

හර්තාල් ව්‍යාපාරය සදහා සහභාගී වන ලෙස බලකරන පුද්ගලයින්ට එරෙහිව අපරාධ නීතිය අනුව කටයුතු කරන බව පොලිසිය පැවසීය.

පොලීසිය සදහන් කළේ මහජනතාවට ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථාවෙන් සහතික කර ඇති විවිධ අයිතිවාසිකම් හා විවිධ ආකාරයේ වූ නිදහස භුක්ති විදීමට තිබෙන අයිතියට පොලීසිය ගරු කරන අතර එයට කිසිසේත් බාධා නොකරන බවය.

ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ පොලිස් මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශක ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නියෝජ්‍ය පොලිස්පති අජිත් රෝහණ මහතා පැවසුවේ ඇතැම් කණ්ඩායම් විසින් හර්තාල් ව්‍යාපාරයට සහභාගී වන ලෙස විවිධ ව්‍යාපාරකයින්ට සහ පුද්ගලයින්ට බලපෑම් සිදු කරන බවට අනාවරණය වී ඇති බවය.
