भारतीय संविधान में फ़िलहाल 448 अनुच्छेद हैं. इन अनुच्छेदों को 25 भागों में बांटा गया है. संविधान में 12 अनुसूचियां भी हैं.

संविधान में संशोधन होने के कारण, पहले इसमें 395 अनुच्छेद थे. समय के साथ इसमें संशोधन हुए और नए भाग जोड़े गए.

भारतीय संविधान से जुड़ी कुछ और खास बातें:

संविधान में एक प्रस्तावना भी है.

संविधान में मौलिक अधिकार, विधानमंडल, कार्यपालिका, संवैधानिक निकाय, वैधानिक निकाय, और अनुसूचियां जैसी कई चीजें शामिल हैं.
