Herndon Community Television (HCTV) Herndon Community Television is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community access television located in Herndon, VA.

We can be seen on COX channel 23 in Fairfax County and FiOS channel 28. It is run almost entirely with the help of wonderful volunteers.
