The legendary US burger chain is back for one day only at the Langley Good Times Cruise-In on Sept 6. The In-N-Out truck will be slinging Double Doubles starting at 10am — but tickets go on sale at 8am sharp and will 100% sell out.

Downtown Vancouver has bike lanes and oat milk while Surrey has land, parking, and jobs.

In the last 20 years, Surrey added 107,465 jobs — twice as many as Vancouver. It’s now the second-biggest employment hub in Metro Van.

More people are moving east, more businesses are following, and downtown Vancouver? Slowly becoming that place you visit for Canucks games and regretting why you spent $19 on a cocktail.

At this rate, the “new downtown” might be King George Station with free parking.

There was a massive 8.7 earthquake near Russia, and now parts of the B.C. coast are under a tsunami advisory — but Metro Vancouver isn’t included, so no need to panic-text the group chat (yet).

Here’s what you should actually know:
🌊 Zones A–D (Haida Gwaii, west + north Van Island, coastal inlets) are affected

✅ Vancouver + the Gulf Islands = not in the danger zone
🕐 First wave could show up around 11:30 PM in places like Tofino
🚫 Stay off the beaches and don’t go “see what it looks like” — it’s not a show
🚤 If you’ve got a boat, deeper water is safer
📵 And don’t clog up 911 unless it’s a real emergency

So yeah, maybe skip the sunset paddleboard and save the pier selfies for tomorrow.

Thomas Müller to the Whitecaps? Vancouver just unlocked the Dad Mode DLC for MLS. 👔⚽

    •    Bayern Munich legend and World Cup winner Thomas Müller, 35, is in talks to join the Vancouver Whitecaps.
    •    Yes, that Müller — the guy who made “intelligent runs” sound like a personality trait.
    •    Coming on a non-DP deal, which is German for “don’t worry, it’s budget-friendly.”
    •    Vancouver had to buy his MLS discovery rights from FC Cincinnati, which is just code for “dibs, bro.”

Fun fact:
This would be the Whitecaps’ biggest signing ever, narrowly edging out that one summer we got really excited about Camilo.
