🚒🧯this place is on fire 🔥I love their breakfast and I love their bread even more 🫶🏻

Welcome to the place has introduced new brunch dishes so now you can not only grab delicious bread but also eat brunch and drink their house brewed beers 🍻

Highly recommend picking up their French toast made with in house made brioche topped with mascarpone fruit and maple syrup. Simplicity at less than £10 that taste like heaven is a proof you don’t need much more other than high quality ingredients to create a masterpiece that won’t cost an arm and a leg!

Their Salford bagel is a hybrid between german and NYC bagels which is great but not chewy enough for my personal liking! But nonetheless is superb with excellent salmon and whipped cream cheese

Sooo… what do I think of ?👀
Is it just the beautiful views of Manchester or maybe the famous hash browns you heard about?👀

Well no matter what you heard it’s all true🫶🏻the views are spectacular actually breath taking so when BF took me on a date there I couldn’t agree more - the views itself from the rooftop terrace will take your breath away! Perfect date night spot!

Most importantly it’s a very relaxed atmosphere even though the place is very elegant and the menu is too! However all dishes are not overly complicated - well thought through ingredients combined together to create great dishes!

My personal favourite was the lamb mutton. Boy oh boy how surprised I was tasting the super tender meat with excellent piperade made of grilled peppers 🫶🏻hashbrowns were legendary too! Golden crispy and super fluffy inside , great little snack!

Lightly torched mackerel had just the right hint of smokiness to make the dish super light and easy on the palette combined with simple tomato and basil salad

Honestly there is nothing I can complain about at £60 for 3 course meal with beautiful views, EXCELLENT and attentive service. My only personal preference is that there was too many fish dishes in comparison to very minimal choice of meat or veg. However their menu changes regularly so hopefully I will be more lucky next time and slightly more variety will be presented to us
