I’M STUCK.

In 2016, I hit my heaviest weight — over 200 kilos. That year, I made a promise to myself: do whatever it takes.

It started with a 21-day challenge. Then I pushed through a 90-day challenge. After that, I committed to 75 Hard and worked with multiple coaches.

At my peak, I was training 2–3 times a day and eating under 2,000 calories — sometimes barely eating at all.

The weight came off, slowly and inconsistently, but it was coming off.

From November 2016 to March 2020, I lost over 80 kilos.

I was proud. I had more energy, more confidence, and I truly felt like a new man.

But since 2021, the weight has crept back on.

I’m still training, but my diet has been on and off. And to be honest… I’m back to where I started in 2016.

That’s a hard pill to swallow — especially after everything I put in.

But I’m not sharing this for sympathy. I’m not blaming anyone. And I’m not justifying it by saying, “I’m a father of six, I don’t have time.”

I’m sharing this because I need to take ownership of my life.

Right now, I feel stuck. And honestly? I don’t feel 100% confident that I can do it again.

But what other choice do I have?

I’m doing this for me. I’m doing this for my children.
And I’m doing this for the other fathers out there — the ones who know they’ve got more to give… but feel stuck, just like I do.

Let’s ride this.

My 200 plus kilo (over 500 pounds) Weightloss Journey

I’ve been overweight my whole life and have tried numerous times to overcome this life struggle. It hasn’t been until the 2nd half of 2017 that MY MIND finally aligned with MY BODY! What I mean by that, is my mind was never in the right state where I could make the necessary and honest changes to better my lifestyle. Until of course, late 2017.

From weighing at my heaviest of 200kg plus, I was able to drop 17kg during a 21 Day Challenge that I set for myself. My 21 Day Challenge was simple; run for 30 minutes each day. Shortly after that, I started a 9 Week Challenge where I was able to go from 180kg to 172kg.

The journey to reaching my goal of hitting 120kg is not easy and takes alot of hard work, determination and commitment. My weight loss journey begins with my mind first, my body second. I TRAIN MY MIND, TO TRAIN MY BODY. The weightloss journey is a MIND-SET game.

My GOAL and Vision is to help 1 million MARRIED MEN to lose all their gained weight since getting married, so that they can have the confidence and energy to create the best life for them and their families. Much Love Felise Taukafa
