🎶🌭 Dog Days of Kentucky – Music & Contest Lineup! 🌭🎶

Get ready for a full day of music, contests, and hot dog fun in Downtown Harlan at the Bicentennial Stage on Saturday, August 30th from 12–6 PM!

🎤 Music Lineup:

12 PM – Chelsea Nolan

1 PM – Hot Dog Eating Contests & Costume Contests

2 PM – 606 Studio & Little Dancers

3 PM – Elvis & The Coupe Devilles (Elvis Presley Tribute Band)

4 PM – RoadTripp

5 PM – Appalachian Mountain Wrestling

🚨 Fatal Collision in Harlan County – Roadway Closed 🚨
At approximately 11:26 AM this morning, Kentucky State Police Post 10 received a call regarding a two-vehicle fatal collision at the intersection of US 119 and US 421 (Red Light #1) in Harlan County.

Troopers responded to the scene and began an investigation. KSP can confirm two individuals have died as a result of the crash.

The roadway is currently shut down, and a detour has been set up. Motorists are urged to avoid the area and use Highway 413 and Highway 840 as alternate routes while detectives continue their investigation.

Kentucky State Police were assisted by the Harlan Police Department, Harlan County Sheriff's Office, Sunshine Fire Department, Harlan Fire Department, Lifeguard Ambulance, and the Harlan County Coroner’s Office.
