We've been dealing with things more important than a podcast, but finally, the Carnival returns! Joining us will be our friends from DVC to discuss their latest production, opening next weekend at the venerable MUCC. It's a sequel of sorts with a name too long for me to remember in totality so they can say it. In the weeks ahead, stayed tuned for an exciting announcement on the next chapter of the Carnival. Cheers!

We are back this for, due to various factors, is our only show in October. It's a good one as we welcome Johannes, a filmmaker who teaches film at RIT to talk, no surprise, all things film. Since it's October, I'll make sure to include suitable Halloween fare. WE have a huge announcement forthcoming about the new era of the Carnival. It starts in November, ringing it in will be the very talented band Wicked. Do tune in this week and stay tuned, keep watching the skies!

This week, a ticket to ride the skycoaster. We are honored to welcome Jerry Boone & Mike Allen of the Skycoasters to the studio. I don't know where to start, given the band's illustrious decades spanning career of entertaining audiences far and wide. Skycoasters and Carnival just seem to go well together. Look out for an annoucement coming soon bearing exciting news about the future of the podcast. Cheers!

Car is fixed; Carnival is ready to keep on rolling. Thrilled to be welcoming Son Henry to the studio. Take bets on how many times I say " Son House, " though it's apt. An accomplished musician of world renown in blues, americana, roots, Son Henry has hosted a Son House night at Record Archive. We're lucky to get him before he's off on yet another tour. Get out of this heat and tune in.
