We are a very diverse and multi-cultural community but the one thing that unites us all, is our love for music. There's nothing like the feeling we get when we hear a familiar song on the radio. A song we know all the words to (or so we think we do). We sing it out loud and we are taken back to a time when life was less stressful. growing up and the music we still love to hear! Corpus Christi now has a new choice on the radio dial, 104.1 FM & 1150 AM and online here at www.retro1041.com. Retro 104.1 is programmed by award-winning radio experts who were born and raised right here in Corpus Christi! Retro Radio Corpus Christi is looking for a few great people to join our local sales team.

We're not your corporate radio group. We're locally owned, locally voiced, and deeply committed to the people and businesses of the Coastal Bend. From Friday Night Football and Buc Days to Corpus Christi Ice Rays games and the Mayor's Big Bang Fireworks Show — we live here, work here, and celebrate all things Corpus Christi.

🎙️ Our three stations — Retro 94.7, Retro Country 105.9 & 103.3, and Retro Tejano 104.1 — play the music that made your mixtapes: 90s, 2000s, and those iconic hits you still sing in the car.

We’re looking for:
✅ Self-starters with strong people skills
✅ Media sales pros (radio background is a big plus!)
✅ Someone with a flexible schedule who can hustle and build relationships with small business owners

This isn’t a clock-in job. It’s commission-only, but with one of the most aggressive comp plans in town.

Set your own hours. Use our templates. Minimal meetings. Work from wherever.

You just need to be computer-savvy enough to build simple proposals and email with our internal team.
