As part of the established election protocol, the Election Committee reviews all candidacies to ensure full compliance with the organization's regulations.

After completing this final review, a decision has been made to suspend one candidacy for Executive member post for the current election cycle. The reason behind this has been given to him personally.

The applications were verified by the Election Committee’s internal mechanisms. According to the guidelines of the election documented in the Call for Candidacy, the published list herewith is open for any objection from the active NRNA-Finland members against any candidate. The objection with valid and authentic documentation should be addressed to the Election Committee at [email protected] by 14 August, 2025, until 17:00 EET. The Election Committee will evaluate and make the decision according to the rules and regulations.

In addition, if any candidate wants to withdraw their own candidacy, they can do so by sending an email to the Election Committee.

The number of applications received falls well within the number of applications invited. Therefore, based on the number of applications received, an election is not required.

Dear members of NRNA Finland,

We would like to inform you that NRNA Finland will get a new NRNA-Finland Executive Board for 2025-2027 and an election committee (see below) has been set up for conducting the election for the new Executive Board.

With this communication, The Election Committee is formally opening the election process and calling for candidacy from eligible candidates.

Attached with this communication you will find three documents:

NRNA Election 2025 – Call for candidacy. This document describes the process, schedule and eligibility criteria as well as some other practical information.
NRNA Election 2025 – Code of Conduct. This is the code of conduct that all candidates must adhere to.
NRNA Election 2025 – Application form. This is the form that must be filled in and submitted by the candidate together with copies of other documents as described in the Call for Candidacy document by the deadline as specified in the call.
