Everyone needs to stop with this charade that a two-state solution is possible with the current Israeli government. Netanyahu and his administration have worked tirelessly for decades to prevent Palestinian statehood. There needs to be immense external and internal pressure to make this a reality and even then, the current state of the West Bank would make self-determination and statehood nearly impossible. So much has to change for this to be a reality. Let's be honest about where we are.

The pivot from the momentum built during the "Save Darfur" movement to wider mass atrocity issues proved challenging for organizations and individuals. Today, there are so many mass atrocity situations happening simultaneously, it's hard to get individuals, politicians, donors, the media to give each of them their due attention.

Seems like Israel has no interest in negotiations as they are willing to bomb yet another country while Hamas discusses the ceasefire. Qatar is also a key US ally in the region. I would imagine Israel just used American made weapons to bomb an American ally.
