Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar, His Excellency Mardomel Celo Melicor, received Filipino music power couple TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan at the chancery on Tuesday, 8 July 2025.

TJ Monterde is in Doha for his concert entitled, “Sarili Nating Mundo - Live in Qatar,” which is set to be on 11 July at the Qatar National Convention Center. Directed by John Prats, and with special guest KZ Tandingan, the event promised to showcase the finest of Original Pilipino Music (OPM).

In his remarks, Ambassador Melicor welcomed the Filipino artists in Doha and thanked them for their contribution to bringing the Philippines and its culture to Qatar for Filipino and non-Filipino concertgoers.

✅ All Concert-goers will receive a bracelet that was programmed by the Tech team to synchronize with the songs that will be played.
Note: Wrist band MUST NOT BE turned on until the HOST will annouce, it was intended to use during concert and not to touch it until they told to do so, different ticket category, different wrist bands (pre-numbered).

🚫Not allowed to bring, professional cameras, or any dlsr. Only authorize photographers and videographer will be allowed. If not followed marshal or any with the authorize badge can approach you and request you to take it down.

🚫Selfsticks, or any form of tripod that can disturb other concert goer will not allowed.

✅Filipino food and drinks are available in concert hall.

✅ Decent clothing as per the allowed of the host country must be observed.
