干撈麵醬汁配方
材料：
魚露~1tbsp
生抽 ~2 tbsp
甜醬油 ~1 tbsp
黑醬油 ~2 tbsp
蚝油 ~1tbsp
清水~1tbsp
做法：
1）將全部材料拌均勻。
2）再倒入鍋子裡煮滾。待涼，備用。
3）撈麵做法：取一個碗，加入少許豬油（含豬油
渣），麻油，胡椒粉，2 tbsp千撈麵醬汁，和 2 tbsp
高湯，混合均勻。再把燙熟好的面放入碗里拌均醬汁即可。
备注：
1。如果沒有甜醬油，可以用1/2 tbsp 的糖和 1/2 tbsp
黑醬油代替。
2。干撈麵醬汁可以冷藏收藏約1-2個月。
