#干肉骨茶 #
材料:
花肉 (稍微燙熟切塊)|小蔥頭 5粒|蒜 5粒|干魷魚絲|羊角豆
調味料:
蠔油 1湯匙|生抽 1湯匙|黑醬油 適量|紹興酒 1湯匙|肉骨茶湯汁 2碗
做法:
1)爆香蒜和小蔥頭,再下干魷魚絲略爆香
2)下花肉和調味料略炒(除了紹興酒),再倒入湯汁小火燜30分鐘待稍微收汁把羊角豆倒入翻炒
3)出鍋前淋上紹興酒滾下即可
