这个炒方便面绝了
做法超级简单，有手就会：

1️⃣ 水开下面，煮到8分熟就捞出过凉水，这样面会更Q弹！
2️⃣ 调个神仙酱汁：1勺生抽、半勺老抽、1勺蚝油、半勺醋，再来点灵魂蒜末，搅和匀。
3️⃣ 锅里放油，先把鸡蛋炒散盛出，再火腿肠煎香
4️⃣ 放入沥干水的面条和青菜，倒入酱汁和炒好的鸡蛋，大火快速翻炒均匀！

（馬來香料炸雞）
材料：
1.雞腿5只
2.咖喱葉3串
3.食油適量
醃料：
1.香茅3支
2.石古仔4粒
3.蒜頭5瓣
4.大蔥1粒
5.南姜1吋
6.黃姜1吋
7.生薑1吋
8.芫茜籽1茶匙
9.大茴香1茶匙
10.咖喱粉1湯匙
11.辣椒粉1湯匙
12.黏米粉1湯匙
13.玉米粉1湯匙
14.鹽1茶匙
做法：
1.將1-9 的醃料放入攪拌機打爛
2.把全部醃料一起加入雞腿用手拌勻，醃製4小時/隔夜會更入味
3.鍋裏加入油，把醃製好的雞腿以中火炸，途中加入咖喱葉一起炸至雞腿金黃色即可。(約10~15分鐘雞就能熟透)
