The Client Who Nearly Lost Everything

Five months ago, one of my clients almost lost a beautiful plot in Owerri.
Everything looked perfect—the land was fenced, the agent spoke confidently, and the documents “appeared” authentic.
But something didn’t sit right with me. I advised him, let's verify the documents before payment.

After running checks at the Ministry of Lands, we discovered the C of O was fake. The so-called agent had printed a forged copy from a cyber café!

My client was shocked. Imagine losing millions because of fake documents.
