Day 3
The entrance of Olive-backed Sunbird to the nest is usually located just above the middle of the structure and often has a small eave for the birds to perch on.

Day 2
Olive-backed sunbirds use a variety of materials to construct their nests, including dead leaves, moss, spiderwebs, lichens, and even plant down for lining. They are known for building nests in urban and suburban areas, often close to human activity, such as on balconies, in potted plants, or even near laundry lines.

Day 1
Olive-backed sunbird nests are distinctive, often described as an upside-down pear shape, hanging from branches or other structures. The female sunbird is the primary builder, collecting materials and constructing the nest, while the male often stays nearby, singing or calling.
