"Next up from Black Label, a mooch into the more subtle areas of 4x4, with Douglas Firth arriving here for a moogy pair of underground rollers, showcasing the more subtle side of his production talents. First up, 'Sea To Sky' gives us a moderately stripped-back soundscape to explore, fusing distant pad textures with highly melodic bass notation and a steady feeling of eeriness. On the flip to this, we then check out 'Bring It Back', a much quicker arrangement with more wooden-sounding drum instrumentation, fused by bulging sub-bass patterns, all leading towards a super sub-heavy breakdown towards the track's outro. Top stuff!"
