Mutt & Jeff Pictures Deaf led Production Company which specialises in high-quality Deaf and mainstream drama for film and television.

Founded in February 2007 as a way of raising the profile of deaf professionals in the industry - a foot-in-the-door if you will - Mutt & Jeff Pictures is tenacious, focused and passionate about film and TV. Mutt & Jeff Pictures develops and produces drama productions for a Deaf and mainstream audience, drawing wholly or in part on the huge range of professional production and acting talent that ju

st happens to be deaf. Interested in co-productions here in the UK and abroad, Mutt & Jeff's Director, Louis Neethling, has worked in Europe and Africa, bringing a fresh perspective to a production. Mutt & Jeff Pictures also offer a consultancy service advising on sourcing and working with deaf cast and crew.

🪷 Deafinitely Theatre’s newest production, The Promise, is coming soon… We are looking for an experienced Stage Manager to work with us on our upcoming touring production.

🕊️ The Promise is inspired by the true-life experiences of people living with dementia. The play has a cast of four and is performed in British Sign Language and spoken English, with creative captions throughout.

Official photos of me, as producer and director of MJP, collecting the awards for Diagnonsense. Congratulations to Director and writer, Samuel Dore, and all the cast and crew of Diagnonsense. Winning two awards for Best Film and Best Actor, Ilan Dwek. MJP wants to thank BSLBT for commissioning the project and continuing to commission and develop deaf drama. It was a wonderful international event in Potsdam, Germany - with both a local and international audience. The quality of drama films from all corners of the earth was so encouraging to see. Storytelling through drama is so important for deaf communities all over the world.
