Many of you know Capeside Records was the reason I got of bed for 11 years. I had some great times, met some unforgettable people, and released some of the best music to come out of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Chicago. I felt for me to be truly done with it, I had to shut it all down. When you don’t take something as far as you wanted, and you think you failed, I needed to reflect back on all that I did accomplish in those 11 years. And I realize, I didn’t fail. I released 13 albums, sponsored some of the biggest fests in Michigan, got the bands on the label national press coverage, I hosted a Facebook takeover for a national music magazine, and sold albums and merchandise all over the world. So maybe I am writing all this out to make myself feel better, and finally put it in writing that Capeside Records is done. But, I want to thank everyone who has supported me in any way, it meant and still means the world to me.

What seems like a lifetime ago I heard Wolves & Machines for the first time. I knew from that moment I needed to help them release their music and share this talented band with as many people as I could. And Together we ended up releasing three of my favorite albums. Recently the band released their first album "Aliments" on vinyl, and I can't wait to get my hands on a copy. Make sure you get your copy before they're gone.
