Electrolytes are a game changer! If you haven’t tried you don’t know what you’re missing!

Drinking 2-3L water is great but hydration is more than that and face it, spending your day in the toilet isn’t fun for you or for the bladder!
Electrolytes are lost when we p*e, sweat, drink caffeine, are sick or have diarrhoea.
Food for thought…
1- don’t wait to get thirsty before you drink! Thirst signals from the body are indicating the start of dehydration
2- you don’t need to drink 1L in one go - that will force you to spend more time in the toilet flushing out minerals. Sipping water throughout the day is more beneficial, more effectively absorbed by the body
3- hydrating in the morning with electrolytes helps replace the 500mg of sodium we lose overnight
4- caffeine first thing in the morning increases diureses and salt loss
5- electrolytes include sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, calcium and should not contain sugar and sweeteners
6- having salt water reduces sugar cravings
