Kristi Dixon was our guest this morning, Kristi is the author of the book “ Once Upon a Tragic Night”

Members of a small community in Southeastern Kentucky were well acquainted with feelings of peace and happiness in 1966. Many were poor in terms of worldly possessions, but rich in terms of love, peace, and happiness. That sense of peace and happiness was taken from them in the instant that it takes a driver to lose control of a car. Five boys (four Letcher High School students and one recent graduate) crashed into a bridge and careened into the dark waters below.
