Bankizz Records Since April 2004, BANKIZZ promotes Alternative Electronic Music with a non-lucrative mind. BANKIZZ R

While precursors of alternative electronic "underground" movements in Brussels in the beginning of the 21st century seemed to start to run out of steam, BANKIZZ is one of the "crews" that marked the next generation of electronic music events in the margins of consumption society. At a rave (free party) in April 2004, BaNkizZ gathered several styles of music in full exploration (Drum&Bass, Breakcor

e, Electro, ...) and public matching them in a large tunnel in the forest of the capital. After that, some free events and in clandestine nature will take place. Due to the ambitions of BANKIZZ crew a more legal twist is imposed to meet the required expenses for the comfort and the sustainability. A countless number of BKZ parties, festivals, radio shows, participation in other events and collaborations have been launched everywhere in Belgium. The BANKIZZ main watchwords from the start were as following: ACCESSIBILITY at the events by its always democratic prices and DISCOVERY by promoting new local talents and foreign artists in varied musical fields. The ideology of BANKIZZ is absolutely not to overuse commercially musical styles at the risk of affecting the good atmosphere and the magic that result. Through its events, BaNkizZ awlays want to welcome the public in the best condition with the most appropriate sound and visual equipment of its best quality. After nearly 10 years of uninterrupted activities with many artists, actors and collaborators, BANKIZZ makes a new start and continues its unbridled inertia by combining its forces with a young graphic arts label "TREECUT" for the biggest pleasure of your eyes and your ears!
