Dear Jimmy Dore fans:

Jimmy was wrong. He was at least a month too early to pressure M4A unless your goal was to give the GOP the Senate. However, NOW is the time you can call your rep's to pressure them from the outside. The time to pressure the Dems for a larger stimulus was a month ago. The time to pressure the Dems for healthcare is now. Don't take advice from people who don't know how to play the game, even if it feels righteous in the moment. If you are one of those angry people who thinks you should be hammering at Dems in anger right now.... well.... you are helping someone, but it's not the Left or positive healthcare reform.

Trump is just a clear image of a larger problem. His removal won't change the minds of those who focus on immigration to reverse changes from economic policies. And, today, Biden's transition team seems to be grossly out of touch with their focus once in office. Let's hope Biden can adapt when he sees the broader picture.

Crazy day. Trump's account got a perma-ban on Twitter. "Ironic" N**i Baked Alaska filmed himself in the capitol building while positive for Covid. Derrick Evans, a West Virginia lawmaker, is facing criminal charges for filming himself breaking into the same building. Google dropped Parler from their Play Store. Blue Dog dinglebrain Joe Manchin tried to stand with the GOP on the stimulus checks until that literally made stocks start tanking. And, Jimmy Dore is still attacking AOC for not listening to his childish take on how to pressure Congress.

While I'm not too thrilled with how Pelosi has handled Covid relief negotiations... that's nothing compared to my feelings on the Grim Reaper having final say in the Senate. Republicans don't care about what Americans want, they care about what they can convince their voters to demand. Democrats argue about policy, and republicans fall in line behind the leader.

I'm sure OAN would be willing to give him a platform after he steps out. But, I've been feeling much better for the last two weeks. I'm not a big Joe Biden fan, but there's promise there to hammer on. However, removing a living example to compare to the rise of the Weimar Republic was too much to deal with. It was a reminder that conservative republican dogma is a really good camouflage for fascism.

Not quite true, but that's really not the point. If I were to rank crimes, I think intentionally ignoring a sexual assaulting wrestling doctor on your staff that you know is sexually assaulting students ranks a bit higher than property damage or trying to kill your grandparents.

A staffer for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger said Tuesday that he participated in a controversial phone call with Sen. Lindsey Graham and said he heard Graham ask if state officials could throw out ballots.
