Turned Down emerged in the mid-’90s in Thousand Oaks, CA, blending the melodic edge of bands like Descendents, Dag Nasty, Lifetime, Big Drill Car, and Samiam with hardcore energy. They released a 7”, an LP, and a final self-titled EP in 2000 on Sessions Records, featuring Joe Clements of Fury 66 on vocals. The band disbanded soon after, but their self-titled EP - now available on all streaming platforms - captures them at their peak. Featuring members of Strife, Fury 66, Man Will Surrender, and The Art of Safecracking.
